Amazon Music Original x World Mental Health Day

I was honored and completely stunned when @amazonmusic invited me to participate in their latest Original release in support of World Mental Health Day.

As many of you know, mental health, and the pursuit of bettering it, is a subject near and dear to my heart. As someone who is now 11 years sober, deals with anxiety and depression, and has been a meditator for over a decade — this was an easy “yes” for me to join up.

I wrote an entirely new piece aimed at deep relaxation and focus, a soundscape that encourages meditative states and allowing your mind to just unwind. By blending modular synths, vintage gear, and acoustic instruments — I was able to create a piece that I felt very proud of.
